Greening yes. Quality person, decent depth player (line 3/4), and no cap worries.

Holland... I don't know if even he'll be qualified...

I didn't mind what I saw from Greening at all. I think he could be a decent 3rd/4th liner for us. I'd like to see a full season or at least to the deadline.

Me too... but with Matthews, Nylander, Kadri, Bozak, (Stamkos?) ahead of him I really don't see a place for him. From what I recall he did a pretty poor job when moved to wing.

I agree, and 15pts in 30 games with the leafs is pretty sweet. If he can keep that up, bottom-6, i'm cool with it.

I thought he was pretty consistent in terms of effort after he arrived in Toronto, despite a constantly changing line-mates situation - and I thought he played well when paired with the kids ... creates space and he can skate.

Since he has a somewhat substantial CAP hit... but not an unmanageable one, he should be looking at the coming season as a chance to showcase himself for future contracts, because regardless of how well or how poorly the Leafs do as a team, he'll be trade bait come the trade deadline.

A third line of Kadri - Komarov and Greening (if Stamkos is signed) or a line of Nylander - Leivo and Greening (if Stamkos isn't signed) would not be too bad.
